Off Broadway has been a staple in the Albuquerque community since 1984. We offer Albuquerque's largest variety of vintage clothing, costumes, costume accessories, makeup, and more. We are passionate about helping our customers look their best for their next event, party, or night out. We are looking to add one or two members to our team who are passionate about our products and serving our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service, helping people find the perfect outfit, costume, or accessory. This will require you to develop a deep knowledge of Off Broadway’s products and inventory 
  • Opening and closing duties including counting money, cleaning, restocking products, and other duties as needed
  • Track inventory in excel and work with our vendors to place orders
  • Process costume rental returns and new vintage items including cleaning and mending 
  • Assist with Off Broadway’s Etsy shop, including photographing, measuring, and describing new items, and processing orders
  • Manage Off Broadway’s website including adding new items and processing orders
  • Help design window display and in-store displays

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years in a customer service role
  • You should have skills/expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • Vintage clothing (from the turn of the 20th century through the 1980s)
    • Historical costuming
    • Stage and professional makeup
    • An interest in fashion and knowledge of current trends
  • Ability to work weekends 
  • Halloween and New Year’s Eve are our busiest seasons and availability to work at these times of year is required
  • Basic familiarity with computer software including G Suite and Microsoft Excel.
  • Physical requirements include: ability to spend the majority of working hours standing, ability to lift 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to sew and mend
  • Skill in taking and editing photos
  • Experience managing an e-commerce shop. Experience with Shopify a plus!
  • Experience with, or interest in, social media marketing
  • Familiarity with using hand tools

Hourly pay starts at $17/hour depending on experience.
