~ Custom made 1920s silk crepe and silk lamé evening dress.
~ Gorgeous combination of red and gold lamé panels contrast with mauve silk crepe.
~ Deep burgundy and plain gold stripes in different widths.
~ Drop waist band from witch descends two beautiful scarves on either side. The scarves in back are longer then the ones in the front. The hem of the scarves has a micro pink pinked edge.
~ A wrap front with a lamé modesty panel.
~The shoulders are wide with three folds to an off the shoulder effect on each side that create a narrowing to the hips.
~ Large bound arm openings.
~ Lined in cream silk crepe that has a separation of ease of movement.
~ Beautiful small repair in top interior of lining (see photo)
~ The dress is mostly handwork.
~ Slip lining has lace straps.
~ Slip is attached to the dress in a 1/4" baste at each hip. It can easily be undone for removal of the slip to allow a larger fit.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition for its age. There are some subtle stains in the dress that because of the shimmer in the silk crepe only appear in some light situations. Water stain on the interior slip. This dress is exquisite and presents beautifully.
