From our acquisition of clothing from a 1940s Arizona ranch
~Plus size that also looks great on a small frame
~1940s red pinstriped cotton dress with white trimmed collar and ruffles
~Collar made of white handkerchief cotton with lace trim, faggoting and a snap closure is basted on for easy removing
~Button panel is trimmed with ruffles and features pretty white buttons from neckline to hem
~Cuffed sleeves trimmed with ruffles and snap closure
~Wide horizontal panel at waistline gives appearance of a waist band
~Skirt has drop pleats in front
~Bodice is gathered at shoulders and waistline, giving it some dimension
~Lightly padded shoulders and gathered sleeve ends give sleeves volume and structure

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. One very small old repair on left side of skirt is lost in the stripes and only endears this beautiful vintage piece more
