~ 1950s steel blue wool jacket by Walda Scott for the Princess Shop, a well known boutique that used to be in downtown Washington D.C.
~ Beautiful deep gray blue.
~Can be dressy or casual.
~ Notched collar.
~ Button down front with beautiful matching fabric covered buttons.
~ Long sleeves.
~ Shoulder pads to give the jacket extra shape.
~ Five shaping seams at each side pull in the waist.
~Light padding at the hips, along with the fitted waist, creates that classic 50's "New Look".
~ One small curved side pocket.
~ Two of the side seams end in triangular flaps adorned with a blue rhinestone button - one below the waist, the other below the shoulder.
~ Lined in crepe.
