Late 50's navy and white polka dot blouse with a lovely ruffled front. There are three beautiful decorative rhinestone buttons that also adorn the ruffled front. The short sleeves are cuffed. The back has five clear plastic buttons that travel down the entire center of blouse. Appears to be deadstock with no tags.
