1960s Plum Velvet Regency Sleeved Dress / Purple Velvet gown / Statement Sleeves / Size Small

This sumptuous dress from the 1960’s is made from super plush plum-colored heavy velvet. Features an elastic underbust at empire waist, wide bow detail in front, and pleated ivory lace which trims the open neckline. The extra-full sleeves feature a pleat which comes out from the open shoulder to give it an incredible shape. The structured interior is lined in cotton and taffeta, and has a back metal zipper. Could be worn on or off the shoulder.
